For 18 years, Jorg has translated spaces, objects, and brand identities into fragrance experiences. His work spans some of Europe's most respected cultural institutions — including the Van Gogh Museum, the Mauritshuis, and the Rijksmuseum.

Scent is the only sense with a direct path to emotion and memory. Jorg's work starts there — and ends with experiences people carry with them long after they've left the room.

Now based in Andalusia, Spain, he works with hotels, brands, and cultural institutions across Europe.

Jorg Hempenius werkt als geurexpert aan verschillende projecten. Naast het werk als geuren maker denkt hij ook aan de praktische uitvoerbaarheid. Zo vraagt iedere klant en ieder project weer om nieuwe manieren. De inzet van geur inzetten zodat het meer impact maakt is zijn doel. Met geur creëert hij nieuwe herinneringen of brengt ze weer terug tot leven. Van het vertalen van kunstwerken en schilderijen tot het live brengen van geur bij films en presentaties. Zolang geur impact maakt is Jorg erbij. Sinds zijn verhuizing in 2024 vind de geur creatie plaats vanuit de prachtige bergen in Andalusië.
